Day 1
Arrive in Maun and transfer to Camp

Arrive in Maun, the tourism capital of Botswana. You will be met on arrival at Maun Airport and enjoy a scenic drive to your camp, situated on the northern tip of the Botswana Kalahari.

Day 2
Kalahari Game Reserve

Explore the surrounding area on foot in the company of an experienced guide, or set off on a game drive to learn about the beauty and intricacies of the African bush. The wildlife in the area is abundant and includes elephants, lions, leopards, cape buffalo, giraffe, zebra, and hippo.

Day 3
Okavango Delta

Early morning wake-up call followed by coffee and breakfast before you embark on the approximately half day game drive through the Moremi Game Reserve to your camp on a small island in the Okavango Delta.

The Okavango Delta is a little piece of paradise for nature lovers and keen bird watchers; take the afternoon to explore the tranquil waterways from a mokoro (traditional dugout canoe).

Day 4
Okavango Delta

Take a boat cruise to discover the area’s hippos and elephants. Spend the evening chatting to around the campfire under the stars of the delta.

Day 5
Journey to Chobe National Park

Wake up early for coffee and breakfast in the dining tent before departing the Delta and heading for the Savuti. After breakfast, you’re back out on the water for a 45-minute boat cruise transfer from Xobega to Mboma Boat Station, where you will switch to a game viewer and be transferred to Xakanaxa Airstrip to connect with your light air transfer to Savuti.

Situated in the heart of the world famous Chobe National Park, Savuti is known as one of Africa’s wildlife hotspots, with its landscapes and ecology supporting a large variety of plant, bird and animals.

Day 6
Chobe National Park

Experience the thrill of watching predators in their natural habitat from the comfort of an open air 4×4 vehicle in the company of knowledgeable and experienced rangers.

The Savuti area is also known for its large population of bull elephants and the mass migration of zebras, a mass wildlife movement second only to the great migrations in East Africa.

Day 7
Transfer to Mozambique

On the last morning of your safari you will receive a wakeup call followed by breakfast and coffee at the lodge before departing. Enjoy the last 30-minute transfer to the Savuti Airstrip where you will connect with your light air transfer to Maun for your flight to Johannesburg and then onwards to Maputo International Airport.

You will be met on arrival by your driver for the road transfer to the magnificent Polana Serena Hotel, which has long been considered one of Africa’s finest hotels, located on the leafy boulevards of one of Maputo’s most exclusive residential districts. In the afternoon, explore Maputo’s Indo-Portuguese heritage and the colonial architecture of the city.

Day 8
Private Beach Camp in Mozambique

Enjoy a scenic transfer through Maputo and then onwards to the Maputo Special Reserve, a pristine wilderness area 100km south of the capital.

Stay at a private beach camp situated on an untouched stretch of coastal wilderness , the perfect location to relax and recover after an adventure filled, strenuous African safari.

Day 9
Private Beach Camp in Mozambique

Take a walk along the miles of unspoilt beach which make up this coastline. Clamber up the world’s highest coastal dunes for some excellent ocean views.

Day 10
Private Beach Camp in Mozambique

If you’re feeling a little more active, borrow bikes, body boards or sea kayaks, or venture off on a snorkelling safari to discover an ocean filled with rich marine life.

Day 11
Private Beach Camp in Mozambique

Finish your stay in Mozambique with a special experience, such as whale watching or a Turtle Nesting Walk (seasonal).

Day 12
Transfer back to Maputo

After breakfast you will be transferred by road back to Maputo International Airport for your flight home.
